A Patio, Properly Rebuilt

Demo, regrade, rebuild — a backyard patio taken down to the dirt and brought back better.

A weathered platform becomes a clean, modern deck built to last decades.

Full demo. Full rebuild. A backyard patio whose foundation had shifted past fixing got taken all the way back to the dirt. Lazar and the crew regraded the site, upgraded to higher-grade lumber, rounded the edges, and brought the craftsmanship up to what a Jackson Hole backyard deserves.

The Old Patio Weathered boards, edges gone soft, grading off. The platform had served but the structure was failing.

Demo Everything came off. The old foundation pulled up and hauled out.

Regrade & Base New grading with proper slope and drainage. A stable base compacted in place.

Rebuild Higher-grade lumber. Rounded edges. Tighter joints. Every step carries the same level of finish.
