We’re in the heart of summer, and this week’s forecast reflects it — hot days, warm nights, and mostly dry skies. Expect a few afternoon showers midweek, but overall, it’s a steady rhythm of sun, heat, and great conditions for outdoor work.

Weekly Terrain Conditions

With only spotty showers forecast midweek, ground conditions will stay largely dry and supportive. Irrigation will continue to be essential, especially as daily highs remain in the 80s. Any brief rain on Tuesday or Wednesday may dampen the surface momentarily but won’t disrupt planned work or projects. By late week, dry and sunny weather resumes, ideal for heavier installs, mowing, or staging outdoor events.

Weekly Temperature Swing

Temperatures remain warm and stable throughout the week. Highs start in the mid-80s Sunday and settle into the low 80s most of the week, with a brief dip to the upper 70s on Wednesday. Overnight lows hover between the low to mid-50s. It’s classic high-summer weather — reliable warmth and comfortable nights.

Precipitation Outlook

The majority of the week is dry, with Tuesday and Wednesday showing the best chance of brief afternoon storms. Accumulations are minor — OpenSnow models suggest only about 0.10" total, spread thinly over several days. Outside those hours, skies will be clear and work-friendly.

Cloud Cover and Wind Trends

Skies stay mostly sunny throughout the week, with slight cloud build-up Tuesday and Wednesday during storm windows. Cloud cover spikes briefly midweek, but clears into the weekend. Winds remain light, generally under 6 mph, with only minimal gusts accompanying brief showers. No wind-related disruptions expected.
